Radial Analytics partners with Mass General Brigham to optimise care transitions

Radial Analytics, a prominent provider of decision support software for healthcare transitions, has recently signed a deployment agreement with Mass General Brigham. The collaboration will commence with the implementation of Radial Analytics' cloud-based Smart Placement platform at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.


As part of the agreement, Radial Analytics has deployed its innovative platform for patients associated with the Mass General Brigham Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO), which consists of a population exceeding 120,000 Medicare beneficiaries.


One of the key advantages of Radial Analytics' platform is its real-time monitoring capabilities, which allow the health system to dynamically assess important metrics such as patient outcomes, care transition efficiency, and resource utilisation.


Thaddeus Fulford-Jones, the CEO of Radial Analytics emphasised that Radial Analytics' innovative solutions are aligned with the goals of Mass General Brigham, which include enhancing the patient experience, improving overall population health, and reducing healthcare costs on a per capita basis.
