Diagnostic imaging leader RadNet has completed the acquisition of cloud-native imaging platform Cimar UK, expanding its digital health infrastructure through integration with DeepHealth, its wholly owned subsidiary. DeepHealth serves as RadNet’s umbrella brand for digital health innovation, combining artificial intelligence, informatics, and operational intelligence to improve diagnostic care delivery.
Cimar UK provides image management infrastructure that delivers data connectivity and interoperability across a wide range of healthcare organizations. The company’s platform currently supports vendor-neutral imaging and clinical AI solutions for over 50% of National Health Service (NHS) Trusts and 80% of private hospital groups in the United Kingdom.
The acquisition will combine Cimar’s cloud-native infrastructure and services with DeepHealth’s advanced applications in patient engagement, AI-based reporting, image viewing, and workflow optimization. “By acquiring Cimar, DeepHealth is taking a powerful step in redefining imaging-based care through a portfolio of solutions that connect clinical and operational intelligence to enable faster, more accurate diagnoses and improve efficiency,” said Kees Wesdorp, CEO and president of RadNet’s Digital Health division, DeepHealth.
The transaction follows a period of strong financial performance for RadNet. In the third quarter of 2025, the company reported revenue growth of 13.4% to $522.9 million compared with $461.1 million in the same period of 2024. Revenue from the Digital Health segment increased 51.6% year-over-year to $24.8 million, while total net income rose to $5.4 million from $3.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 15.2% to $84.9 million, with margins improving to 16.2%.
RadNet’s recent acquisitions, including Alpha RT and See-Mode Technologies, have expanded its portfolio of remote imaging and AI-driven diagnostic tools. The integration of See-Mode’s AI-powered ultrasound applications into DeepHealth’s offerings has supported more standardized and accurate thyroid and breast imaging diagnostics.
Additionally, RadNet’s collaboration with GE HealthCare continues to drive co-developed AI imaging technologies, including SmartTechnology solutions that streamline interpretation, reporting, and collaboration across imaging workflows. The acquisition of Cimar UK further positions RadNet to strengthen its presence in global digital health and accelerate innovation across cloud-enabled imaging systems.
