Rula Health, a behavioral health company focused on expanding mental healthcare access, has partnered with Amazon Health Services to enhance how Amazon users find and receive essential mental health support. Through Amazon’s Health Condition Programs, Rula’s network of over 10,000 providers across 80+ specialties now offers therapy and psychiatric services nationwide, including individual, couple, and family therapy in all 50 states and D.C., and psychiatric services in 31 states.
Rula’s service model emphasizes affordability and accessibility, accepting major insurance plans like Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Kaiser, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Covering over 120 million insured individuals, Rula ensures affordable mental healthcare with typical session copays around $15. Rula’s intuitive platform at rula.com helps users quickly match with providers suited to their specific needs, often with appointments available as early as the next day.
Through the Amazon partnership, Rula simplifies mental healthcare access by letting users find providers via keywords like “anxiety relief” or “stress relief” on Amazon.com. Amazon verifies insurance coverage before connecting users to Rula, where they can match with an in-network provider who meets their preferences. Rula’s network prioritizes inclusivity, with 47% of providers identifying as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color, offering services in 39 languages, and covering issues like anxiety, depression, and OCD with expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and more.
This partnership reflects Rula’s mission to make high-quality, culturally competent, and affordable mental healthcare accessible to millions across the U.S. “More than 70% of people seeking mental health support often give up without getting the help they need,” said Josh Bruno, CEO of Rula Health. “Through our collaboration with Amazon, we’re making it easy for millions to access high-quality, personalized mental healthcare when they need it.”
