Talkiatry has announced the nationwide expansion of its psychotherapy services, making coordinated, in-network therapy and psychiatric care available across all 50 U.S. states. The expansion builds on the company's integrated behavioral healthcare model, which combines psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy within a unified clinical infrastructure.
Talkiatry directly employs more than 400 full-time therapists and 800 full-time psychiatrists, distinguishing its approach from contractor-based telehealth platforms. Approximately 85% of its therapists hold active licenses across multiple states, supporting continuity of care for patients who relocate or travel between jurisdictions.
The company maintains commercial insurance agreements covering more than 170 million individuals across over 100 insurers. It also serves as an outpatient behavioral health referral partner for more than 70 major health systems, supported by its nationwide collaboration with the American Medical Group Association.
The expansion follows Talkiatry's $210 million Series D financing earlier in 2026, which has supported investments in clinical operations, AI-enabled workflows, and broader service delivery capabilities. The company has now completed more than four million patient visits.
Its integrated care model enables psychiatrists and therapists to collaborate through shared electronic health records and AI-supported clinical workflows. This allows clinicians to coordinate treatment plans, monitor medication adherence, and identify emerging clinical concerns.
Talkiatry reports that patients receiving both psychotherapy and psychiatric care remain engaged in treatment twice as long as those receiving medication management alone. Internal assessments also indicate that approximately 85% of therapists establish positive therapeutic relationships within the first 30 days.
Previous payer analyses involving patients with anxiety and depression reported a 68% reduction in psychiatric hospitalizations, 32% fewer emergency department visits, and estimated monthly medical cost savings of $700 per member.
Dr. Georgia Gaveras, Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Talkiatry, emphasized the importance of coordinated services:
“Telehealth made mental healthcare more accessible almost overnight, but it also created a patchwork of quick fixes.”
The nationwide rollout reflects Talkiatry's strategy to integrate behavioral health services within existing healthcare delivery networks while addressing challenges associated with fragmented care, clinician coordination, and interstate licensing.
