The company voluntarily submitted a bankruptcy petition, disclosing that its total secured and unsecured debt, excluding obligations to insiders or affiliates, amounts to less than $7.5 million.


Let's Talk Interactive provided an estimate of its financial standing, indicating that its assets and liabilities fall within the range of $1 million to $10 million. This information was part of a filing made with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina.


Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Let's Talk Interactive was previously associated with the AWS Public Sector Partner Program. Additionally, the company's telehealth solutions were available on the Amazon Web Services' marketplace.
