Wider Circle and Highmark Health Options West Virginia Partner to Improve Rural Health

Wider Circle, a company specializing in community care programs in partnership with health plans and providers, is collaborating with Highmark Health Options West Virginia (HHO WV), a managed care organization, to enhance health outcomes for HHO WV members.

The partnership aims to incorporate Wider Circle's peer-to-peer engagement model into HHO WV’s benefit offerings, addressing the unique healthcare challenges faced by members, particularly those in rural communities.

Wider Circle employs local community members to lead its programs and leverages advanced data analytics to effectively group participants. This approach allows the organization to overcome many of the barriers associated with rural healthcare.
