The acquisition strengthens Wildflower's ability to support women throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, surgical recovery and perimenopause by integrating specialized exercise programs into its broader digital care platform.
Every Mother provides on-demand, evidence-based exercise programs developed alongside pelvic floor physical therapists to address conditions including diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain and core weakness. The platform's programs are eligible for reimbursement through health savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs), making them more accessible to women seeking preventive and rehabilitative care outside traditional clinical settings.
Wildflower plans to incorporate Every Mother's offerings into its existing platform, which connects health plans, healthcare providers and patients through digital tools, care coordination and hybrid care services. The company says the integration will help make pelvic health a more routine part of women's healthcare, rather than treating prenatal preparation and postpartum recovery as separate or secondary services. The move also expands Wildflower's consumer reach while enhancing the breadth of services available to employer and health plan partners.
The acquisition continues Wildflower Health's broader growth strategy in women's healthcare. The company previously acquired Circle Women's Health and has invested in expanding its value-based care platform nationwide. The deal also reflects increasing momentum across the digital health sector to improve access to pelvic floor care, with more companies introducing virtual services, specialized therapies and innovative technologies to address women's health conditions that have historically been underserved.
