Wisp, Vesalius Partner To Bring Peptides Into Women's Healthcare Space

Women’s telehealth company Wisp has announced a strategic partnership with Vesalius Longevity Labs, a regenerative medicine provider, to develop an exclusive line of peptide therapies designed to enhance women’s quality of life and promote longevity. As part of the collaboration, Wisp and Vesalius will evaluate emerging longevity-focused AI platforms - including tools that support personalized care, clinical decision-making, and patient engagement - for potential integration into their services. They also plan to explore strategic investments in AI technologies that can strengthen these areas of care.

Wisp specializes in birth control, fertility, menopause, and STI testing, with licensed medical providers reviewing patient information within one to two hours and prescribing medications for local pharmacy pick-up. Most prescriptions are fulfilled within three hours of completing an intake form, phone call, or video chat. Vesalius Longevity Labs, meanwhile, equips independent healthcare providers with peptide delivery systems, offering injectables, patches, nasal sprays, oral peptides, and topical formulations.

Wisp CEO Monica Cepak said the company’s mission is to make advanced therapeutics affordable and accessible for women, adding that “by partnering with Vesalius, we are introducing peptides into women’s healthcare and expanding access to a powerful tool that can transform how women age.”

The partnership builds on Wisp’s broader growth strategy. In September, the company expanded its weight care offerings to include name-brand GLP-1s, allowing patients to access weight loss treatments at discounts of up to 50% without insurance. Earlier in the year, Sweet Earth Holdings entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Vesalius Longevity Labs (Canada) and Vesalius Longevity Labs (SPV). Vesalius CEO and founder Kevin Rabbitt said the merger amplifies the company’s capabilities and advances its mission to lead in transformative health innovation built on integrity, transparency, and quality.

Wisp has also been expanding its service ecosystem through strategic partnerships. In May, it launched Wisp At-Home Testing & Follow-Up Care, offering at-home diagnostic kits for various health conditions. In March, it teamed up with women’s pelvic floor therapy company Origin to provide members reciprocal access to services, such as postpartum healing, pain management, pre-pregnancy strengthening, and infection-related care. And in 2024, Wisp partnered with food-as-medicine platform Nourish to provide patients with access to nutrition counseling through insurance or self-pay options, supporting a holistic approach to weight management that combines medical treatment with personalized nutrition guidance.
