Suki AI Integrates with MEDENT and Azalea Health EHRs

Suki, a leader in AI technology for healthcare, has announced two new partnerships with electronic health record (EHR) vendors, MEDENT and Azalea Health, to integrate its AI engine, the Suki Platform, into their solutions. These collaborations aim to enhance user experience and improve patient care. The two companies join existing partners athenahealth and MEDITECH in Suki’s EHR program, designed to quickly add innovative AI features with minimal development effort.

Suki’s AI-powered voice solutions, including its flagship product, Suki Assistant, are revolutionizing healthcare by alleviating administrative burdens for clinicians. The Suki Assistant uses generative AI to automatically create clinical documentation by listening to patient-clinician conversations, helping clinicians complete notes 72% faster, assist with tasks like coding, and generate a 9X ROI in the first year for organizations.

Through strategic partnerships, Suki continues to expand its impact. The integration with Azalea Health’s cloud-based EHR for rural healthcare providers automates administrative tasks, improving user experience and increasing time for patient-doctor interactions. In MEDENT’s multi-specialty EHR, Suki’s AI features, including documentation and coding, help reduce clinicians' cognitive load, allowing more focus on patient care. Additionally, Suki powers Zoom’s ambient clinical documentation for both telehealth and in-person visits, optimizing the clinician’s workflow by reducing documentation overhead. These collaborations highlight Suki’s commitment to transforming healthcare into a more efficient, clinician-focused ecosystem.

“We are thrilled to partner with Suki in advancing our commitment to rural healthcare providers,” said Brian Kenah, CTO of Azalea Health. “This collaboration significantly enhances care efficiency and outcomes, setting a new standard for rural health solutions.”
