Reimagining Healthcare with Cloud and AI

In healthcare’s race toward digital transformation, success depends on collaboration across cloud platforms and technology partners. Our partnership with Google Cloud helps advance this mission by leveraging cloud-based analytics, scalable infrastructure, and emerging Gen AI tools like Google Gemini to improve performance equity, access, and digital experiences across healthcare and wellness platforms.

Building on this foundation, as more healthcare and wellness services move online, the performance of digital experiences can determine whether rural users can access care at all. This session reframes Google Web Vitals, Google Lighthouse and CDN — often seen as engineering tools — as product-leadership tools for equity. Attendees will learn how to interpret core metrics through a human lens, using them to detect disparities in user experience across bandwidth conditions, devices, and regions. We’ll explore how product leaders can engage engineering teams in closing the “rural access gap,” using lightweight dashboards, benchmarks, and rituals that connect performance to engagement and care outcomes. The session will also demonstrate how teams can use Google Gemini to conduct performance audits in real time as part of the workflow. You’ll leave with a playbook for translating data into decisions and for making performance a shared responsibility across product, design, and technology.
