• What does the new Teladoc-Livongo mega deal mean for the industry?

  Is this a case of opportunistic genius or big, funny money and sky high expectations that cannot be met?

• The interoperability of data sharing: If the data doesn’t exist on EPIC/Cerner, it doesn’t exist at all.

  This is a decade old issue, but we need to care, now. Virtual care delivery will never be a reality if healthcare data is siloed. Cost-saving, better patient experience, reducing medical errors, enabling innovation - the reasons are many.

• Providers will only use telehealth when there is certainty about payments. How can we align these financial incentives?

  There really is no reason why HCPs will continue to use telemedicine beyond COVID if they earn more through an in-person consult. Virtual care must be cheaper - for the patient.

• Is virtual care delivery equal for all?

  We should not let the social and economic inequalities that have impacted health and access to health for so long affect access to virtual care that is touted to be cheaper, more widespread.

• Hybrid care provision: How to pick the right modality at the right time?

  Not always is virtual care the right choice for the patient - how do we ensure we offer the right modality for the right indication, the right patient?

• How can we make telemedicine more inclusive?

  One way could be to increase access to specialist physicians and specialty care...we want you to tell us the rest!
