Atropos Health has expanded its federated Atropos Evidence Network through deeper collaborations with Norstella and Arcadia and a new data partnership with OneMedNet, extending access to multimodal healthcare data for real-world evidence generation, analytics and AI model development.
The network now covers more than 330 million US patients and includes open and closed claims alongside more than 150 million patient electronic health records. These sources include clinical notes intended for regulatory-grade real-world evidence applications. Imaging and omics data can also be linked with clinical outcomes and mortality datasets, while de-identification technology supports privacy-focused linkage across sources.
The expanded network is designed to support applications across life sciences, health systems and technology platforms. These include observational research, health economics and outcomes research, commercial analytics and AI or predictive model training. Potential AI applications include identifying rare or undiagnosed patient populations and establishing performance benchmarks for models.
Through integrations with Norstella, Arcadia and OneMedNet, Atropos aims to enable users to move from data retrieval toward on-demand evidence generation within partner platforms.

Atropos said its tools can run complex temporal queries up to 50 times faster and 30 times more cost-effectively than traditional data analytics approaches. Integrated solutions also use the company’s Real World Fitness Score, which assesses data quality and suitability for specific clinical questions.
The expansion builds on Atropos Health’s broader evidence infrastructure, which includes GENEVA OS, the Alexandria evidence library and evidence-generation products including ChatRWD, Green Button and the Atropos Evidence Agent. Together, the partnerships are intended to increase the range of data available for clinical research, economic analysis and AI development while maintaining federated access across participating data sources.
