Azra AI and RevealDx Partner to Advance AI-Powered Cancer Care

Azra AI and RevealDx have partnered to improve the identification and management of high-risk lung nodules by integrating AI-powered risk assessment directly into oncology care workflows. The collaboration combines RevealDx's FDA-cleared lung nodule characterization technology with Azra AI's enterprise oncology platform, creating a more connected pathway from incidental nodule detection through diagnosis, treatment coordination and long-term cancer care. The partnership also builds on Azra AI's recent acquisition of Thynk Health, further expanding its capabilities in cancer screening and incidental findings management.

At the center of the collaboration is RevealAI-Lung, an FDA-cleared AI application that analyzes incidental lung nodules and generates a Malignancy Similarity Index (mSI) score to help radiologists assess cancer risk and make more informed follow-up recommendations. The technology has been validated using data from more than 1,500 patients and is now eligible for Medicare reimbursement through existing Category III CPT codes. By incorporating the mSI score into Azra AI's workflow platform, clinicians can identify high-risk patients earlier while reducing delays between detection, diagnosis and treatment.

Azra AI's platform is designed to transform fragmented clinical data into coordinated care pathways by combining multimodal data integration, workflow automation and AI-driven analytics. The system supports a wide range of oncology and care coordination functions, including cancer screening, incidental findings management, multidisciplinary care coordination, clinical trial matching and enterprise reporting. Through the new partnership, lung nodule risk assessments become part of a broader longitudinal care model that helps ensure patients receive timely follow-up and remain connected to appropriate treatment throughout the continuum of care.

Both companies believe integrating AI-powered diagnostic insights into existing clinical workflows is essential for improving early cancer detection and reducing unnecessary delays. By combining RevealDx's lesion characterization technology with Azra AI's care orchestration platform, the partnership aims to improve clinical efficiency, reduce time to treatment and support better patient outcomes while providing health systems with a more comprehensive approach to lung cancer management.
