CareCycle has launched Match Your Medicare, a free AI-assisted tool designed to help Medicare beneficiaries compare health plans and make more informed coverage decisions. Introduced during Medicare's Open Enrollment period, the platform is intended to remain available year-round and operates without insurance company payments, sales commissions or the sale of users' personal information.
The tool allows users to compare Medicare plans based on estimated annual healthcare costs, including premiums, copayments and prescription medications. It also identifies which plans include a user's preferred doctors within their provider networks, helping beneficiaries evaluate coverage based on their actual healthcare needs rather than promotional benefits. Users can compare up to three plans side by side.
Match Your Medicare requires no account registration and does not generate sales calls. Users enter basic information, including ZIP code, date of birth and gender, with the option to provide details about their doctors, medications and health conditions for more personalized comparisons. A video guide and voice-enabled assistance help users navigate the process, making the platform more accessible to individuals who may find traditional insurance comparison tools difficult to use.
The launch comes amid growing complexity in the Medicare Advantage market, where beneficiaries may face unexpected coverage changes, prescription costs or provider network restrictions. According to research cited by the company, forced disenrollment has increased significantly, with an estimated 10% of Medicare Advantage beneficiaries affected in 2026. CareCycle argues that clearer information before enrollment could help individuals avoid choosing plans that do not adequately cover their medications or preferred providers.
Backed by Y Combinator, CareCycle also develops voice AI tools for Medicare agencies, including automated welcome calls, enrollment follow-ups and benefits reminders. Its AI agents have completed more than 30,000 hours of calls and supported agencies serving over one million people after enrollment. Match Your Medicare extends that experience into the plan selection process, aiming to help beneficiaries identify potential coverage gaps before committing to a plan.
