CARPL.ai and GenServe.AI Partner to Connect Radiology AI with Patient Care Workflows

CARPL.ai and GenServe.AI have formed a strategic partnership to connect AI-powered radiology infrastructure with automated patient outreach and downstream care workflows, aiming to link imaging insights more directly with subsequent clinical and operational actions.

CARPL.ai provides a vendor-neutral platform through which health systems can discover, validate, deploy and monitor radiology AI applications. Under the partnership, this infrastructure will connect with GenServe.AI’s 24/7 Voice AI and autonomous workflow capabilities, extending AI-supported processes into areas including patient outreach, scheduling, exam preparation, referrals and follow-up care.

“CARPL has built the infrastructure for health systems to discover, validate, deploy, and monitor AI at scale. GenServe now extends that infrastructure beyond the imaging workflow. Together, we are moving radiology AI to a connected, measurable layer across the health system,” said Dr. Vidur Mahajan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CARPL.

The companies will initially focus on workflows where imaging findings require further action. Early use cases include closing referral gaps, reducing missed appointments, improving preparation for imaging examinations and ensuring follow-up recommendations for scans and care are addressed.

GenServe.AI applications will also become available through CARPL.ai’s marketplace, using CARPL.ai’s existing integrations, user interfaces and contracting infrastructure. This will allow radiology organizations to select and validate algorithms, deploy them within existing PACS workflows and connect resulting insights with GenServe.AI’s care delivery technology.

“Ninety-five percent of GenAI pilots fail to generate ROI, not because the models are weak, but because healthcare organizations lack a unified operational infrastructure to put them into action," said Dr. Ashish Atreja, MD, MPH, FACP, Co-Founder, GenServe.AI.

The partnership reflects an effort to address the operational steps that occur after diagnostic AI identifies a finding or care opportunity. By linking radiology AI deployment with patient-facing and administrative workflows, CARPL.ai and GenServe.AI intend to provide an integrated pathway from imaging analysis through subsequent care coordination, while enabling healthcare organizations to evaluate the clinical, financial and operational effects of deployed AI applications.
