ElevenLabs has closed a $300 million employee tender that values the generative voice AI company at $22 billion, doubling its valuation since its $500 million Series D financing in February 2026.
The transaction follows a period of fundraising and product expansion for ElevenLabs, which launched in 2023. Its February Series D valued the company at $11 billion and brought total funding at that point to $781 million. Previous financing included a $180 million Series C, $80 million Series B, $19 million Series A and $2 million pre-seed round.
For healthcare organizations, ElevenLabs offers a voice AI platform with HIPAA-eligible configurations and an AI answering service designed for health systems, clinics and private practices. The company says its voice agents can communicate in more than 90 languages and provide continuous patient support, including answering inquiries, triaging calls and routing urgent requests.
The technology can also integrate with electronic health records, hospital information systems, nurse-call platforms and messaging systems. These integrations allow organizations to automate functions including updating patient records, recording triage outcomes and scheduling appointments.
"As ElevenLabs has grown its conversational agent business, the combination of research, product, and deployment has proved an important structural advantage," said Emma Norchet, partner at T. Rowe Price. "The team is able to make improvements at every layer of the stack, allowing them to execute at high velocity and deliver immediate value for its enterprise clients. The rapid growth of ElevenAgents is a testament to this."
Beyond healthcare, ElevenLabs has continued developing voice-generation applications across media and entertainment. Actor and investor Matthew McConaughey has worked with the company to make content from his newsletter available in Spanish using his voice, while Sir Michael Caine has collaborated with ElevenLabs on voice cloning for the ElevenReader application and its Iconic Marketplace.
The marketplace enables organizations to request access to licensed voices for projects and content. ElevenLabs’ broader expansion reflects its strategy of applying conversational and generative voice technology across enterprise workflows, with healthcare representing one of several sectors targeted by its platform.
