EliseAI has raised $350 million in new funding at a $4 billion valuation, doubling its valuation since its Series E financing in August 2025.
Founded in 2017, EliseAI develops AI technology designed to automate administrative and operational workflows across the housing and healthcare sectors. The company said its software is now used by one in six apartments in the US and has surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue.
In healthcare, EliseAI focuses on automating administrative processes for specialty physician groups. Its platform handles patient-related workflows “from the first inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart prep, and follow-up, so nothing falls through the cracks,” co-founder and CEO Minna Song said.
The company has focused its operations on housing and healthcare because they represent two of the “largest expenses for American households,” according to Song.
The financing follows EliseAI’s recent launch of Apollo, an AI “teammate” designed to complete tasks within its existing platform. While Apollo is currently positioned around the company’s property management operations, the launch reflects EliseAI’s broader strategy of embedding AI agents directly into operational workflows.
“It’s built natively into the same platform that already runs leasing, maintenance, and renewals,” Song said. “So it can act across every role on a property team.”
The latest financing provides EliseAI with additional capital as it continues developing and expanding its automation technology across both healthcare and housing.
