Fitnescity Health has opened its nationwide preventive imaging network to digital health platforms through a single application programming interface (API), enabling integrated access to diagnostic testing at more than 1,000 locations across the United States. Superpower is among 10 health platforms that have already partnered with the company.
The integration allows digital health providers to incorporate DEXA body composition scans, DEXA bone density assessments, and CT Coronary Calcium Score testing into their existing applications. The network includes diagnostic facilities, national radiology groups, hospitals, and academic health centers. Platforms can also offer VO2 Max testing to assess cardiovascular fitness.
Through the API, users can locate testing facilities, check appointment availability, schedule examinations, and access results directly within their health platform's application or website. Fitnescity Health manages the underlying infrastructure, including pre-scan compliance, scheduling, physician oversight, and results retrieval.
The expansion reflects growing interest in integrating medical imaging with preventive healthcare services. Digital health platforms offering comprehensive blood testing are increasingly incorporating imaging to provide additional insights into body composition, bone health, and cardiovascular risk. DEXA assessments can also support body composition monitoring among patients receiving GLP-1 treatments.

Superpower's participation extends its existing preventive healthcare offering, which combines laboratory testing across more than 150 biomarkers, AI-powered health insights, personalized recommendations, and continuous access to clinical support. Its platform integrates laboratory results with wearable data, medical histories, and other health information.
The partnership enables Superpower members to access clinical imaging services alongside existing health assessments, supporting a more integrated approach to preventive care.
For digital health companies, telehealth providers, GLP-1 treatment platforms, and longevity-focused services, Fitnescity Health's API provides a centralized mechanism for incorporating imaging capabilities without establishing individual facility agreements or developing separate clinical and operational infrastructure.
