TruBridge, formerly known as CPSI, has long been a leading provider of electronic health records and healthcare IT solutions for rural and community hospitals, serving more than 1,500 facilities across the United States. By acquiring the company, IKS expands beyond its established revenue cycle management (RCM) business into the core clinical systems that hospitals rely on every day, creating a much broader healthcare technology platform.
The combination brings together TruBridge’s EHR infrastructure with IKS’ expertise in AI-enabled revenue cycle services, including medical coding, clinical documentation, prior authorization and denial management.
