Innovaccer and Mastek have formed a strategic partnership aimed at expanding the deployment of healthcare AI and data infrastructure across the US, UK, Europe and Middle East. Mastek has joined Innovaccer’s Platinum Global Systems Integrator program and will support large-scale enterprise implementations of Innovaccer’s Gravity platform.
The collaboration combines Innovaccer’s healthcare data and agentic AI technology with Mastek’s operations across more than 40 countries. Mastek has more than four decades of public sector and healthcare delivery experience, more than 4,700 specialists and over 275 healthcare and life sciences clients.
Under the agreement, Mastek will implement and localize Innovaccer applications across several areas of healthcare operations. These include agentic revenue cycle management, value-based care, population health, payer performance and omnichannel patient access.
Mastek will also serve as a primary integration partner for Gravity, which is designed to unify clinical, financial, claims and operational information. The companies intend to use the platform to support AI-driven automation across administrative processes including prior authorization, coding, denials management, risk adjustment and utilization management.
The partnership will additionally combine Mastek’s digital front-door and platform migration capabilities with Innovaccer’s conversational AI technology. The companies are targeting functions such as scheduling, patient intake and contact center operations as healthcare organizations seek to integrate digital access tools with existing infrastructure.
The international delivery model is intended to address challenges associated with deploying healthcare technology across different markets, including local compliance requirements, government procurement processes and migration from legacy systems. Mastek’s existing relationships with healthcare organizations and public-sector institutions are expected to provide regional implementation capabilities.
