Healthcare technology company Semble has raised £30 million in a Series C funding round led by European growth investor Revaia, with participation from new investor Partech and continued support from existing backers Mercia Ventures and Octopus Ventures.
The investment comes as healthcare providers across the UK and Europe face growing operational challenges, including fragmented technology environments, increasing patient demand and evolving care delivery models driven by private medical insurance and self-pay services.
Founded to address coordination challenges across healthcare, Semble provides a platform that helps outpatient providers manage and orchestrate the patient journey. The company reports that more than 10 million patients have received care from clinicians using its platform, while its customer base now includes more than 1,700 healthcare organizations across 80 specialties.
The company plans to use the new funding to expand its presence among larger healthcare groups, strengthen its position in France and advance its strategy of becoming an AI-powered care orchestration layer for healthcare delivery across Europe.
Commenting on the investment, Christoph Lippuner, CEO and co-founder of Semble, said: “For years, the industry has tried to address complex systemic issues through disconnected point solutions, but fragmented technology often adds operational complexity for healthcare providers and creates an interrupted experience for patients."
He added: “What healthcare organisations need is intelligent orchestration across the entire care journey. The practices and groups that win over the next decade will be the ones that deliver the best patient experience end-to-end. This investment allows us to rapidly scale that vision across the UK and Europe.”
Semble has experienced significant growth in recent months, increasing its workforce by more than 50% since December 2024. The company has also expanded its interoperability network, which now includes more than 1,200 integrations spanning diagnostics, laboratories, billing systems and customer relationship management tools.
Revaia cited the company’s scale and market position as key factors behind the investment. Morgan Kessous, Partner at Revaia, said: "Semble is building the system of action for modern healthcare - a platform with genuine clinical depth, real scale and the trust of healthcare providers across the UK and France."
He added: "The European healthcare market is being reshaped - by technology, by demand and by shifting patient expectations - and Semble is exceptionally well positioned to lead it."
Semble’s customer base includes healthcare organizations such as Nuffield Health, Welbeck, Midland Health, London Doctors Clinic, Modality and ProblemShared as it continues its expansion across European healthcare markets.
