Suki Secures $90M to Expand AI-Powered Clinical Workflows

Suki has secured $90 million in Series E financing to accelerate the expansion of its AI-powered clinical workflow platform. The round included existing investors Philips Ventures, Zoom Ventures, Hedosophia, Venrock and Flare Capital Partners, alongside new investors Healthier Capital, Crosslink Capital and Hercules Capital. The company plans to use the funding to advance its AI capabilities, strengthen its commercial operations and support its next phase of growth.

Suki provides an AI clinical assistant designed to reduce administrative workloads and support clinicians throughout patient encounters. Its platform combines ambient documentation, dictation, medical coding assistance, order preparation and clinical support. The technology can capture patient-clinician conversations, generate structured clinical notes, prepare orders for clinician review and provide clinical reasoning capabilities within existing healthcare workflows.

The platform integrates with major electronic health record systems, including Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth and MEDITECH. These integrations allow healthcare organizations to incorporate AI capabilities into existing clinical environments rather than requiring clinicians to work across separate applications. Suki's broader strategy is to move beyond individual AI documentation tools toward a more comprehensive clinical operating system capable of supporting multiple workflows across healthcare organizations.

The investment follows continued commercial expansion and partnerships with healthcare providers. Earlier this year, Suki extended its relationship with Austin Regional Clinic to deploy its AI technology across 40 locations in Central Texas. The company has also expanded deployments with Rush University System for Health and established integrations with WellSky and MEDITECH to bring AI-assisted documentation into additional specialties and care settings.

Suki is positioning its technology as a broader AI infrastructure layer for healthcare, where clinical documentation serves as the foundation for automating more complex tasks. By combining patient context, clinical intelligence and workflow automation, the company aims to help healthcare organizations improve operational efficiency while allowing clinicians to dedicate more time to patient care
