Ultrahuman Raises $70M to Expand Multimodal Health Intelligence Platform

Bengaluru-based Ultrahuman has raised $70 million in financing as it seeks to evolve from a consumer wearable company into a broader human-computer interface platform focused on continuous health intelligence.

The company has developed a multimodal biometric ecosystem anchored by its Ring AIR and newer Ring PRO smart rings. Its platform combines multiple sources of physiological, biochemical, environmental and contextual information to provide users with health insights across areas including sleep, cardiovascular health, fertility and metabolism.

Ultrahuman’s ecosystem incorporates passive sensing of heart rate variability, skin temperature and movement alongside Blood Vision, which connects wearable data with diagnostic blood testing across cardiovascular, hormonal, inflammatory and metabolic markers. Its M1 and M2 Live continuous glucose monitoring products track interstitial glucose fluctuations to assess responses to nutrition, sleep and physical activity.

The company is also integrating environmental information through Ultrahuman Home, which monitors bedroom factors including blue light exposure, particulate matter and temperature. Jade, its conversational AI system, is designed to synthesize these different biological and environmental data streams into contextual health guidance.

Ultrahuman is also increasing its emphasis on edge computing through the Ring PRO architecture. The company is moving more processing onto the wearable using low-power, on-chip machine learning, with the aim of reducing latency and dependence on continuous cloud-based computation.

The financing will additionally support Pulsomics, Ultrahuman’s opt-in decentralized clinical research platform. Launched earlier in 2026, Pulsomics enables commercial ring users to contribute longitudinal real-world data to research studies. Current areas include VO₂ max modeling, individualized sleep requirements and glucose metabolism, potentially providing researchers with continuously generated datasets from decentralized participant cohorts.

“For the longest time, computers have understood almost everything about the world except the person using them,” said Mohit Kumar, Founder and CEO of Ultrahuman. “We are building an interface that can understand the body continuously and translate its signals into intelligence that is useful in everyday life. Not another dashboard and not simply more data. Something that can help a person sleep better, understand cardiovascular health, navigate fertility and improve metabolic health.”
