Improving patient engagement in digital health

About this Meeting

What are the keys to successfully engage patients with digital health tools?

As healthcare evolves to a more patient-centric model, digital health products will need to be more and more engaging to thrive in this competitive industry. When it comes to engaging customers, as opposed to other industries, digital health faces the challenge of having multiple stakeholders to please and innovators need to find the way to really prioritize patients in a compliant way before thinking of the other stakeholders. Join this informal conversation to discuss with other peers:

  •  What do we mean by patient engagement? What would a fully engaged patient look like?
  •  How do we measure patient engagement with digital health tools? What are the main KPIs, financial and non-financial, to measure success in patient engagement?
  •  How to continuously improve patient engagement? - Best practices & Challenges (e.g. engaging all demographic groups, long term engagement in chronic diseases, etc). What are good examples in the industry and what can we learn from them?
  •  Is patient engagement a zero-sum game (i.e. the more engaged the patients are, the more resources they use)?
