Enzo Health Unveils Agentic EHR Platform Linking Home Health Referrals and Reimbursement

Enzo Health has launched Enzo EHR, an AI-native electronic health record platform built specifically for home health agencies. Unlike traditional EHR systems that layer AI tools onto legacy infrastructure, Enzo EHR was designed from the ground up as an agentic platform that automates and connects the entire patient journey—from referral and intake through documentation, scheduling, compliance and billing. The company says the goal is to eliminate the fragmented systems and manual workflows that have long created inefficiencies across home health operations.

The launch comes as demand for home-based care continues to rise, driven in part by the aging U.S. population and growing preference for receiving care at home. Since its founding in 2024, Enzo Health has focused on helping home health and post-acute care organizations streamline operations, reduce regulatory risk and improve financial performance. The company says it now supports organizations serving more than 500,000 patients annually and has experienced rapid growth as providers seek alternatives to disconnected software tools and administrative-heavy workflows.

A central focus of the new platform is reducing clinician and staff burden. Industry research has shown that healthcare providers often spend significantly more time on documentation and administrative tasks than on direct patient care. Enzo EHR aims to address this by integrating AI throughout the workflow rather than using isolated automation features. By providing a single system for operational, clinical and revenue cycle activities, the platform is intended to improve visibility, reduce errors and help agencies scale without adding administrative overhead. More broadly, the launch reflects a growing trend toward AI-native healthcare infrastructure designed to automate complex workflows and support workforce efficiency.
