QuantHealth Secures $45 Million Series B Led by Qumra Capital to Expand AI Clinical Simulation

QuantHealth has announced the completion of a $45 million Series B financing round to accelerate the development of its AI-powered clinical simulation platform, which is designed to help biopharmaceutical companies optimise clinical trials before patient enrolment. The financing was led by Qumra Capital, with participation from Sanofi Ventures alongside several healthcare and technology investors.

The company plans to use the proceeds to advance its next-generation AI models, expand its proprietary datasets, strengthen scientific validation, broaden therapeutic coverage beyond 40 disease indications, and extend its product portfolio across both clinical development and commercial applications.

QuantHealth’s platform addresses one of the pharmaceutical industry's longstanding challenges: the high rate of clinical-stage drug failures. More than 90% of drug candidates do not reach approval, with approximately 75% of failures attributed to insufficient efficacy or safety concerns. Rather than relying solely on traditional trial-and-error approaches, the platform enables research teams to simulate clinical trials, evaluate study protocols, refine inclusion and exclusion criteria, and model potential commercial outcomes before recruiting patients.

Using large-scale real-world data and predictive analytics, the platform currently supports more than 30 therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiometabolic diseases, and inflammatory conditions. According to the company, its technology has demonstrated predictive accuracy of up to 90% across more than 600 simulated clinical trials.

QuantHealth also stated that its platform is already integrated into the clinical development workflows of 12 of the world's top 20 pharmaceutical companies, supporting efforts to reduce development risk and improve decision-making across drug pipelines.

Commenting on the financing and the company's strategy, Orr Inbar, CEO and co-founder of QuantHealth, said, “Today, clinical development decisions are still largely made through real-world iteration—running trials, waiting for results, and adjusting at significant cost and risk. We’re fundamentally changing that model. With our predictive simulations, teams can evaluate clinical and commercial decisions before enrolling a single patient or committing capital.”

The investment is expected to support QuantHealth's continued expansion as pharmaceutical companies increasingly adopt AI-driven tools to improve trial design, reduce development timelines, and make earlier evidence-based decisions throughout the drug development lifecycle.
