Verily Health has secured a strategic equity investment from NVIDIA to accelerate development and commercial deployment of its precision health AI infrastructure. The investment builds on an operational collaboration between the companies established in October 2025 and follows Verily’s transition to an independent entity earlier this year.
A central focus of the relationship is the Verily Pre Platform, which serves as a data and technical foundation for research and health system operations. Pre is designed to harmonize fragmented clinical information into FHIR-native, AI-ready datasets for life sciences organizations, healthcare providers and researchers.
Verily is integrating NVIDIA’s accelerated computing technologies into the platform, including NVIDIA B200 GPUs, the NeMo generative AI framework, Parabricks for secondary genomic analysis and RAPIDS data science libraries. The infrastructure is intended to help researchers using Pre Workbench process multimodal biomedical datasets and train AI models more efficiently.
NVIDIA’s technology will also support the scaling of Forecast 1.0, Verily’s proprietary multimodal foundation model. Forecast 1.0 combines genomic sequencing data with longitudinal electronic health record flowsheets to predict long-term chronic disease risk trajectories and organ decompensation.
The investment will additionally support Verily Me, the company’s patient engagement offering, including its conversational AI companion, Violet. The platform is designed to support preventive care and guide patients through longitudinal chronic disease management.
The relationship with NVIDIA comes as Verily continues to develop its position as an independent healthcare technology company, with Alphabet remaining a non-controlling minority stakeholder. Access to NVIDIA’s accelerated computing infrastructure is expected to support increasingly compute-intensive biomedical and multi-omics AI applications.
“We are pleased to welcome NVIDIA as a new investor in Verily. These investments strengthen our ability to pursue the opportunity ahead,” said Stephen Gillett, Chairman and CEO of Verily. “Together, these investments and the continued support of our current investors accelerate our vision to build a trusted foundation for healthcare, bringing together the information and intelligence needed to power better decisions and unlock the full potential of AI across the healthcare ecosystem”.
