You don’t need a startup idea or a polished pitch. Just bring a problem you keep running into, whether it’s staffing, workflow, communication, morale, or care delivery. You’ll team up with fellow problem-solvers and experienced innovators to turn it into a program, product, service, or even a new business.
The Hackathon is nurse-led and open to RNs, CNAs, techs, and anyone who works alongside nursing teams. The winning team takes home a prize package with mentorship and media promotion to help launch what comes next.
