HLTH USA, with generous support from Johnson & Johnson, is offering 11 complimentary conference tickets to eligible nurses to attend the HLTH 2026 Conference at The Venetian in Las Vegas, November 15-18. This opportunity is for registered nurse executives, nurse leaders, and clinical/bedside nurses from health systems or provider organizations who can demonstrate how they are implementing emerging solutions or technologies that are making a measurable impact on patient outcomes and/or workforce stabilization.

Requirements & Details

  • The complimentary ticket provides full conference registration to HLTH 2026, valued at $2,900. Travel, hotel accommodations, and other expenses are not included. Complimentary tickets are available to nurse executives, nurse leaders, and clinical/bedside practicing nurses employed by a health system or provider organization. Applicants may be asked to provide an active RN license number. 
  • Recipients are required to attend the Nurse Insights Program on Sunday, November 15, from 2:00–4:00 PM.
  • Complimentary tickets are limited to one nurse per health system/provider organization.
  • Each of these complimentary nurse tickets are prepaid and, with sufficient notice, can be reassigned to another nurse on the waitlist. Therefore, for these complimentary passes, cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

How to Apply

To be considered for a complimentary ticket, please complete the application form below. The application will be open till September 18, 2026. You can expect to receive notification of the application status by September 28. If you are not selected to receive a complimentary ticket, eligible nurses can still access a special HLTH USA 2026 registration rate with verified RN credentials.
